It’s unfiltered, so no nutrients are removed by unnecessary filtering, meaning it’s a phenomenally green tasting olive oil.

The acidity of this batch is impressively low, between 0.2% < 0.3% so it really is something special. Try it drizzled over salads, or served with some balsamic vinegar and crusty bread to let the beautiful complexity of this oil shine!
